Le Bureau cantonal pour l’intégration des étrangers et la prévention du racisme (BCI) a lancé la chaîne WhatsApp « Bienvenue », destinée aux nouveaux arrivants dans le canton de Vaud. Ce canal gratuit donne accès à des informations pratiques sur différents thèmes de la vie quotidienne. Les contenus, inspirés de la brochure « Bienvenue dans le canton de Vaud », sont disponibles en texte et en audio dans 16 langues. Sécurisée et sans espace de discussion, cette chaîne diffuse uniquement des informations.

The Cantonal Office for the Integration of Foreign Nationals and the Prevention of Racism (BCI) has launched the “Welcome” WhatsApp channel for people newly arrived in the Canton of Vaud. This free channel provides practical information on various aspects of daily life. Based on the brochure “Welcome to the Canton of Vaud”, the content is available in text and audio formats in 16 languages. Secure and not intended for discussion, the channel is used exclusively to share information.
